NORWAY — David Preble, chairman of the Western Maine Health board, has announced the election of three new trustees to an initial three-year term.
Lance Bean of South Paris, Gene Benner of Norway and Dr. Michael Mohseni will assume the seats of retiring board members Dr. William Medd, Dr. Gregory Hardy and David Hoisington.
Bean received his undergraduate degree in public accounting from Husson College. He is currently a certified public accountant and partner at Hoisington & Bean, P.A., Certified Public Accountants, and has been employed with the accounting firm since 1994. He and his wife are residents of Bryant Pond.
Benner, a graduate of the University of Maine Orono, is currently president and treasurer at Bessey Motor Sales in South Paris. He is very active in the community and has served on many local boards, holding a variety of positions, including previously serving on the Western Maine Health board. He and his wife are residents of Norway.
Michael Mohseni, MD, earned his medical degree and completed his residency training at the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. He is the director of emergency services at Stephens Memorial Hospital and has been an active member of the medical staff since 2012. He and his wife are residents of Norway.
