Woman injured in Norway crash

NORWAY — A Waterford woman suffered facial injuries when her truck crashed off Route 117 on Friday night.

Dawn Latendresse, 49, was issued a summons on a charge of operating under the influence as a result of the crash, Norway police Chief Rob Federico said Saturday.

He said Latendresse failed to stop at the stop sign at Gore Road, crossed Route 117 and landed in a ditch. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Latendresse was alone at the time of the crash. The 2006 GMC pickup truck she was driving was heavily damaged, the chief said.
