LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Yvette L. Latuscha was celebrated by the Rev. Nathan March Tuesday at Holy Family Church of the Prince of Peace Parish. During the service, Yvette’s two sons, Gary and Dana draped their mother’s casket with the white burial pall that represents their mother’s baptism into a new spiritual life with God. The first reading was read by Diane Latuscha and the “Prayer of the Faithful” was recited by Thomas Dow. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Robert and Joan Baril. At the conclusion of Mass, words of remembrance were shared by Yvette’s son, Gary and her daughter-in-law, Marjorie Latuscha. Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, Father March recited committal prayers and gave his final blessing. Bearers were Joseph Latuscha III, Gary Latuscha Jr., Andrew French, Thomas Dow, John Latuscha and Scott Ackerley. At the conclusion of services, all were invited to a reception of fellowship at the home of Gary and Marjorie Latuscha in New Gloucester. Arrangements by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home.
