Yvonne Y. Bouchard

LEWISTON — Yvonne Yvette Bouchard, 83, formerly of 10 Oak Park, Lewiston, died Saturday, April 3, at the d’Youville Pavilion in Lewiston, where she had been a resident for the past month.
Born in Lewiston on June 8, 1926, she was the daughter of Arthur and Alma Croteau Moreau. On Nov. 29, 1947, she married Roger Bouchard, who passed away on Nov. 17, 1995. Educated in local schools, she was employed by Pioneer Plastics, now Pionite, for over 23 years, retiring in 1988. A member of Holy Family Church, Prince of Peace Parish, she belonged to the Ladies of St. Anne. She enjoyed plastic craft, knitting, crochet and dabbled in genealogy.
Survivors include three sisters, Alma Caux, Theresa Mathieu, and Roseanna Houle, all of Lewiston; three sisters-in-law, Liane Moreau and Geraldine Moreau, both of Lewiston, and Lois Moreau of Groton, Conn.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband; she was predeceased by five brothers, Romeo, Robert, Arthur, Albert, and Raymond Moreau; and a sister, Jeanne Grandmaison.
