AUBURN — Doris Belisle Bonneau, long-time French teacher and 2015 entrant into the Maine Legislature’s Franco-American Hall of Fame, and Mitchell Thomas, executive director of the Franco-American Heritage Center in Lewiston, are the featured guests on the interview program, “L/A’s Extraordinary People,” for the month of June. The show is hosted by Margaret Craven and Richard Wagner on Great Falls TV Channel 11, beginning on Tuesday, June 2. Bonneau will talk about the development of Franco culture in Lewiston-Auburn in recent years, as well as describing the award she just received from the French government. Thomas will list coming activities and events at the Franco Center and discuss plans for the center’s future. 

 “L/A’s Extraordinary People,” will be  air every at 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. every Tuesday on Channel 11.
