WILTON – Selectmen will consider budget requests from the American Legion and the Chamber of Commerce when they meet Tuesday. Each organization is asking for $2,500. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the town office.

Officials will also hear quarterly reports from the highway and fire departments and award a bid for the printing of the town report.

Selectmen will also meet with Mount Blue public access station director, J.P. Fortier, to discuss the recent payment history of the town and the wording of this year’s town meeting article for funds to operate the station.

They will also decide whether they will negotiate with Beeline Inc. for an equipment fund.

Officials also plan to clarify the town’s policy of accepting one load of demolition debris per person per day for a contractor who was turned away from the transfer station recently.

Selectmen plan to discuss the town’s effort to collect back taxes and to consider entering executive session to discuss real estate negotiations.
