Proceeds will benefit the Woody Allen Memorial Scholarship Fund.

NORWAY – The 24th Annual Woody Allen Road Race will be held Sunday, June 1.

Norway Savings Bank will sponsor the event, which is held by the Norway-Paris Kiwanis Club.

The race is in memory of Allen’s longtime membership in club, friendship and civic leadership in the Oxford Hills. Proceeds will benefit the Woody Allen Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The race is for all ages and will be held at the main branch of Norway Savings Bank at 261 Main St. with registration at 8 a.m. The race begins at 9 a.m. And will include a one-mile fun run, 5K road race (3.1 miles), and a one-mile fitness walk.

Prizes will be presented to the top three finishers in each division, each race; male and female, as well as oldest and youngest participant. Free T-shirts will go to the first 100 people registered by May 15.

The entry fee for the one mile fun run and fitness walk is $7 and $10 for the 5K road race.
