WATERFORD – The Waterford Memorial School will hold kindergarten screening for children who will be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15, 2003, from noon to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 22, at the school. Parents or guardians should call the school to schedule a 15-minute appointment for the screening process.
They should also bring their child, a copy of the birth certificate, Social Security card, current immunization record and current physical exam form.
Legal guardians should bring the appropriate legal documents. Screening will include vision, hearing, speech, height and weight. Failure to present birth certificate at this time will result in an incomplete registration, and the child will not be able to enter school in the fall.
