• A car driven by Leroy P. Crockett, 34, of Scarborough, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Marcel E. Cloutier, 34, of Sabattus, while Cloutier was stopped in traffic at 5:45 p.m. Monday on Alfred Plourde Parkway at Lisbon Street. Damage to Crockett’s 2004 Pontiac was estimated at $3,000; to Cloutier’s 2001 Mazda, $1,200.
