The two brothers

are residing on Bailey Hill Road.

POLAND – Androscoggin County Sheriff’s officials are notifying residents that a pair of convicted sex offenders have moved to town after their release from prison.

The two men are brothers who each served time for having sexual contact with young children.

Police said Kim Beaudet, 41, and Manley Beaudet, 44, have each moved to Poland. They are living together at 366 Bailey Hill Road.

Investigators say they do not want residents to harass or torment the brothers. However, Sheriff’s officials have gone from house to house in the neighborhood notifying people that the registered sex offenders are living in the area.

Kim Beaudet was convicted in Oxford County in May 2000 on three counts of gross sexual assault.

The victim was a child under the age of 14, police said.

Manley Beaudet was convicted in Androscoggin County in May 1996 on a charge of unlawful sexual contact. Police said that victim was under the age of 16.

Both Beaudets have been classified as high risk offenders.

That determination is made when sex offenders are subjected to psychological testing before release from prison.
