FARMINGTON – American Legion Post No. 28 will hold its annual Memorial Day services and parade on Monday, May 26.

Beginning at 9 a.m., a service will be held at the World War I Memorial on Upper Main Street followed by a service with a speaker at 9:30 a.m. inside the Legion Post at 158 High St.

At the close of the services, a short ceremony will be held outside the Post to lay a wreath for all veterans.

The annual Memorial Day parade will begin at the close of the wreath-laying ceremony.

After the parade, Post No. 28 will serve refreshments inside the post for all who are interested.
