1916 – 2003
NORWAY – Harry R. Logan, 87, of Lovell, died Monday, May 19, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.
Born in Albany, Feb. 16, 1916, the son of Thomas and Carrie Emery Logan, he attended schools in Albany.
He had been a self-employed logger for 60 years. He married the former Caroline Downing in 1942 and she died Jan. 1, 2002.
He and his wife had wintered in Arizona for 26 years. He faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He loved animals.
Survivors include a son, Thomas of Lovell; a niece, Ann Logan; and two nephews, Ron Logan and Jim Logan, all of Phoenix, Ariz.
