AUBURN – Meineke Muffler opened the season with a 28-8 victory over the Bulldogs. Ryan Wilson collected 4 hits to lead the offense. Jeff Goss, Scott Lovejoy and Ryan Cormier all clouted a homer, Cormier’s being an inside-the-park job. Brad O’Connor was the winning hurler.
Shon Collins belted 3 hits and drove in 4 runs to power B&B Catering to a 23-13 win over Tail Gators. Mark Dube earned the mound win.
In other games, Lincoln Street Radiator beat Carquest-Fortin 15-13, and DRS Construction topped K&K Excavating 25-10.
