Town pride
I think that Minot should have some kind of war memorial to honor the veterans who have served in wars and live/lived in Minot.
I also think that we should have a memorial for Annie (Jackass Annie) because of her trip all the way to Cali on a horse.
I think there should be a war memorial because our town also was first settled by soldiers from the Revolutionary War and there are plenty of veterans who have served in wars that live/lived in Minot, and other people from this town should remember and respect them.

Minot heroes
I think that we in Minot should have monuments and memorials to honor all the veterans who defend their country and live in Minot.
There are a lot of veterans from Minot that even were in the Revolutionary War and we don’t have anything to remember them by. We only have a plow to remember anything.
So, we should have a statue or something to remember the heroes of the wars and how they risked their lives for us.

Local respect
I think the town of Minot should have a memorial in remembrance of all the veterans who served in the different wars. They represented our country when it was in need.
The memorial should be located on the lawn of the town office. There is a lot of traffic of townspeople who go by there throughout the course of the day. People will see it and look at it.
I think that people should stop and look at the memorial and I think that they will/should have a lot of respect for those people who fought in the wars.

In service
I think we should have a memorial in Minot.
There are some people in Minot who fought in the wars and deserve a memorial for their service. They had to leave their families and friends and risked their lives to save other lives.
That is why I think there should be a memorial in Minot.
