LISBON FALLS – A funeral service for Mr. Carville was held Wednesday morning at Crosman Funeral Home, Lisbon Falls. Interment followed at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Sabattus. Bearers were Scott Carville, Gregg Carville, James Perry and Ernie Bauer.

Joseph P. Waltos

AUBURN – Funeral services for Mr. Waltos were held Thursday at St Philip’s Church, following prayers at Dillingham and Son Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Gerald Levesque celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at the interment at Gracelawn Memorial Park. A military honors ceremony was also conducted at the interment by the U.S. Marine Corp. A U.S. flag was presented by the military to Joe’s widow, Rose Waltos. Bearers were Gene Petit, Ryan Brozda, Ritchie Brozda and James Lynch.

Monmouth – Funeral services were held at 11 AM Tuesday, June 3, for Veneita H. Learnard at the Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home, 707 Main St., Monmouth. Officiating was the Rev. Karl Gustafson. Bearers were Elwood Lovell, Scott Houston, Rich Kowalcyk, John A. Orestis and Homer “Sam” Houston III. Interment at Gracelawn Memorial Cemetery in Auburn.

Monmouth – Funeral services were held at 11 AM Thursday, June 5, for Roland W. Smith at the Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home, 707 Main St., Monmouth. Officiating was Pastor Gerhardt Miller. Soloist was Iona McCabe. Bearers were Darrell Smith, John McCabe Jr., Michael Smith, Joel McCabe, Duane Smith and Tim Heath. Interment at Monmouth Ridge Cemetery in Monmouth.
