1947 – 2003

SOUTH PARIS – Cheryl Lynne St. Jernquist, 55, of South Paris, passed away on June 11, at Market Square Health Care Center with family, friends and Pastor Kerr at her bedside, following 27 years of ill health.

Born in Norway, Oct. 31, 1947, the daughter of Harold and Lillian Everett St. Jernquist, she was a graduate of Oxford High School in 1966.

She enjoyed her work as a C.N.A. at Norway Nursing Home, Andrews Nursing Home and Autumn Boarding Home. She was known for her crocheted afghans and her wry sense of humor.

Survivors include sisters, Anita Miles and her husband, Douglas of Oxford and Lorna Plante of South Paris; nieces, Susan Avery of Norway, Jackie Norton of Rollingsford, N.H., Barbara Vaughan of Palmyra, Va., and Diana Walo of Del Valle, Texas; nephews, Robert Walo of Lebanon and Charles J. Walo of Acton; several grandnieces and nephews; and dear friends, Robert K. Sawtelle of South Paris and Paul Turcotte of South Paris.

She was predeceased by her parents; and a baby brother.
