BURLINGTON, Vt. – The following student from the area have been named to the president’s list for the spring semester at Champlain College:

Mariel K. Neville, daughter of Joseph Neville of Poland and Willow Whitehouse of Freedom, N.H., and a graduate of Poland Regional High School. Neville is enrolled in the social work program.

To be named to the president’s list, a student must achieve a semester grade point average of 4.0 and complete at least 12 credits of classwork during the semester.

The following students from the area have been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Champlain College:

Stephanie A. Fontaine, daughter of Stephen and Lorraine Fontaine of Lewiston and a graduate of Lewiston High School. Fontaine is enrolled in the accounting program.

Molly F. McGill, daughter of John McGill of Lewiston and Kathleen Minnehan of Auburn and a graduate of Edward Little High School. McGill is enrolled in the professional writing program.

To be named to the dean’s list, a student must achieve a semester grade point average of 3.5 and complete at least 12 credits of classwork during the semester.
