Lewiston

• A car driven by Brad L. Beckin, 28, of Monmouth, struck a parked vehicle owned by Rick M. Gilbert, 30, of Lewiston, at 1:10 a.m. Thursday at College Street and Campus Avenue. Damage to Beckin’s 1994 Honda was estimated at $3,500. Gilbert’s 1998 Ford was totalled.

Auburn

• A vehicle driven by Katie Stowe, 22, of Auburn, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Leslie S. Thayer, 44, of Auburn, while Thayer was stopped in traffic at 7:47 a.m. Thursday on Mount Auburn Avenue. The impact forced Thayer’s vehicle into the back of a third driven by Stephanie Litchfield, 36, of Buckfield. Damage to Stowe’s 1999 Chevrolet was estimated at $2,500; to Thayer’s 2000 Chrysler, $6,000 and to Litchfield’s 1999 Chevrolet, $700.
