1947 – 2003

GORHAM – Beverly E. Thompson, 56, a resident of Deering Road, Gorham, died at her residence early Thursday morning, July 24.

She was born in East Jay on March 12, 1947, the daughter of Maynard and Irene Tucker Thompson and attended the schools of Jay. She lived in the Livermore Falls area for many years.

She had worked for Bass Shoe Co. in Wilton and at the Fairfield Inn in Scarborough in the housekeeping department. She enjoyed playing Bingo with the girls.

She is survived by a daughter, Tammy L. Thompson and her companion Michael Locke of Westbrook; a granddaughter, Chelsey R. Thompson of Westbrook; three sisters, Rita Duguay and her companion, Glenn Kittredge of Livermore Falls, Eloise McFadden and her husband Donald of Sidney and Janice Mitchell and her husband Lonnie of Gorham; five brothers, Earl of California, Louie and his wife Carol of Rhode Island, Raymond and his companion Harriet of Chesterville, Paul of Waldoboro and Stephen and his wife Gwen of Jay; a good friend, Pat Knowlton of Livermore Falls; and a close cousin, Gerald Thompson Jr. of Jay.
