1911 – 2003
LEWISTON – Helene S. Trimble, 91, a resident of Schooner Estates, 200 Stetson Road, Auburn, died Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 26, 2003 at Marshwood Health Care Facility.
She was born in South Bend, Ind., Nov. 4, 1911, the daughter of John and Ann Soos. She was educated in Indiana Schools. She also attained a degree in nursing. She had been employed for many years as a Registered Nurse. She married William L. Trimble who passed away in 1996. She and her late husband had resided in Greene from 1972 until his death. She moved to Schooner Estates in 1998.
She leaves a son, William L. Trimble and his wife, Carol, of Huntsville, Ala.; 2 grandchildren, Linda Hammock and her husband, Barron, of Meridianville, Ala. and Jeffrey Trimble of Mullberry, Tenn.; and 3 great-grandchildren, Brittney, Austin, and Blake Hammock.
