1974 – 2003

LEWISTON – Belinda Jane LeBlond, 29, a resident of Sandpiper Cove Road, Yarmouth, died Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 21, at Central Maine Medical Center as a result of injuries sustained Sunday in an automobile accident.

She was born in Lewiston July 8, 1974, the daughter of Paul J. and Jeannine M. (Lavoie) LeBlond and was educated in the schools of Lewiston. Miss LeBlond had been previously employed at Hannaford’s of Livermore Falls as a Baker.

She was an animal lover of both domestic and wild animals, having enjoyed visiting animal parks and zoos when ever the opportunity arose. She had attended St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay.

Survivors include her mother of Richmond; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Peggy Boucher of Lewiston; one sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Tina M.) Blauvelt of Lewiston; a nephew, Zachary Blauvelt; a niece, Ashley Blauvelt of Lewiston; and two significant companions, Kevin Hughs of Yarmouth and Roger V. Moreau of Livermore Falls.
