NORWAY – An article on B3 of Friday’s Oxford Hills edition incorrectly spelled Maine Department of Transportation’s Heath Cowan’s surname. The article should also have noted that MDOT hopes to include the $3.1 million project in the 2006-07 budget. The state plans to increase the road’s right-of-way width and jog the right-of-way where necessary to ensure homes are not taken.
