The Annual Bethel WinterFest 2004 will be held from January 30 through February 4 at various locations throughout the town. One of the most popular and well-attended winter celebrations in Maine, the WinterFest annually draws participants from throughout Maine and the entire northeast.
This year’s celebration of winter will include the 4th Annual Antique Snowmobile Show and Grooming Rodeo, the 3rd Annual Radar Run and the 4th Annual Androscoggin River Polar Bear Plunge. In addition, there will be an ice sculpture display, hot air balloons and other activities for all ages, including snowboarding, tubing and sleigh rides.
