CORINTH (AP) – A 35-year-old woman was killed early Wednesday morning when she lost control of her car on a slick frost-covered road.

Michelle Richards of Charleston was driving south on Route 15 when she lost control shortly before 3:30, left the roadway and struck an embankment, according to Maine State Police.

Police said Richards was ejected from her Geo Tracker and was dead at the scene.
