1949 – 2003

LEWISTON – Daniel P. Michaud, 54, of 524 Main St., Lewiston, died Nov. 25, at Central Maine Medical Center, as a result of injuries received in an accident.

Born Feb. 19, 1949, he was raised in Auburn, where he was a member of Sacred Heart Parish for many years. He was an altar boy and also sold Sunday papers there.

He owned DPM Motors in Auburn and another business in Lewiston, Blacktop Paving, which he owned for over 28 years with Sealcoat Paving.

Survivors include three sisters, Cynthia I. Michaud of Jacksonville, Fla., Pamela A. Stacey and husband, Charles of Jacksonville, Fla., and Suzanne G. Callahan and husband, Brian of Litchfield; and many nieces and nephews that he loved very much; also a very close friend of many years, Raymond Audet.

He was predeceased by his parents, Peter H. and Jeannette (Castonguay) Michaud; a brother, Ronald H. Michaud; and a nephew, Scott A. Pittman.
