1960 – 2003

LEWISTON – Penni L. Floster, 43, of West Paris died Monday, Dec. 15, at Central Maine Medical Center. She was born in Bridgton on Jan. 26, 1960, the daughter of Lewis and Virginia Shaw Richardson. She graduated from Lake Region High School in 1978. She had been a teller at Androscoggin Savings Bank and a homemaker.

She married John “Jack” Floster on July 3, 1999. Her children were everything to her, she was a devoted mother. In September of this year a life long dream to own a country store came true. She and her husband owned and operated the West Paris General Store.

She is survived by her husband of West Paris; her mother of South Paris; three daughters, Bethany L. Crocker of Manchester, Rebecca L. Crocker of West Paris and Kimberly J. Crocker of West Paris; a son, Ian J. Floster of West Paris; three stepdaughters, Melissa C. Whittier of Oxford, Megan E. Floster of South Paris and Michelle L. Floster of Oxford; four brothers, Daniel L. Richardson of China, Kenton E. Richardson of Bridgton, John A. Richardson of Lovell and Bard E. Richardson of Auburn; a sister, Paula A. Smith of Buckfield; her in-laws, Frank and Elizabeth Floster of Harrison; and a special friend, Debbie Jack of Oxford.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Erin N. Floster; and her father.
