1941 – 2003

BEVERLY, Mass. – Pauline R. (Martineau) Blanchard, 62, of 11 Cutting Dr., Newburyport, died Saturday at Blueberry Hill Healthcare in Beverly. She was the wife of Francis J. Blanchard.

Born in Rumford on June 23, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Blanche (Bovin) Martineau.

She was employed at the Five Cents Savings Bank until her retirement in April of 1999. She was a member of Elks Lodge 909.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Diana Jordan of Turner, Patti St. Pierre of Saugus and Karin Weir of Salisbury; a son, Neil Jordan of Cincinnati, Ohio; seven grandchildren; five brothers, Emile Martineau of Rumford, Raymond Martineau of Nashua, N.H., Donald Martineau of Richmond, Va., Marcel Martineau of Dixfield and Eugene Martineau of Florida; and five sisters, Jeanette Know, Irene Sinclair and Rita Girardin, all of Dixfield, Yvette LeBlanc of Mexico and Joanne Morin of Standish.
