LEWISTON – Marguerite Stapleton, vice president of Mission Effectiveness at Sisters of Charity Health System, has been invited to speak at an international conference on spirituality.

Planned for March 17 and 18, the seventh International Symposium on Spirituality and Business will be held at Babson College in Wellesley, Mass.

It will focus on specific tools to help participants incorporate values into the workplace in constructive, non-threatening ways. Each featured speaker will bring practical experience in the business world to bear on the challenges and joys of bringing the whole self to work.

In Stapleton’s position, she educates and motivates employees, physicians and trustees to live the mission and values of the organization. Her passion is helping peers find meaning in their work and discovering the spirituality of work.

A teacher by profession, Stapleton has given workshops and conferences throughout the U.S. and Canada.
