1928 – 2004

LEWISTON – Lauretta G. Jambard, 75, of Lewiston, died Friday evening, Feb. 6, at St. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion, after a long illness.

Born in Lewiston, Feb. 21, 1928, she was the daughter of George and Adrienne (Roberge) Beauchesne.

On June 28, 1947, she married Normand Jambard. She had worked at the Bates Mill and local shoe shops and had been a homemaker for the past 40 years.

She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Church, Lewiston Senior Citizens, Horizon 55 and Covenant 50. Mrs. Jambard was an avid reader and excellent cook.

Survivors include her husband of Lewiston; and nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her five-year-old son, Roger in 1955; and by a sister, Alice Caron last December.
