LEWISTON – Cynthia D. Turgeon, 47, a resident of Garden Heights Circle, Sabattus, died Tuesday, March 2, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, after a long illness.
Born in Laconia, N.H., Nov. 28, 1956, a daughter of Patricia Ann George, she was employed in local shoe shops as a stitcher.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, music, dancing and gardening.
She leaves one daughter, Tyra Turgeon of Sabattus; one son, Joab Turgeon and his fiancée, Valerie Barclay of Lewiston; two grandchildren, Anthony and Araby; a companion, Paul Cole of Lewiston; an aunt and uncle, Shirley and Jerry Carden; and many loving and caring friends that were very dear to her.
She was predeceased by one brother, Clyde Turgeon.
