1916 – 2004
GREEN RIVER, Wyo. – Clayton B. Holman, 87, of Green River, died Sunday, March 21, at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, Rock Springs.
Born in Andover, Sept. 5, 1916, the son of Harold Holman Sr. and Agnes Harlow Holman, he graduated from Stephens High School in Rumford.
On June 8, 1958, he married Sylvia Wood in Wilton. He was employed as a millwright, until his retirement in 1980.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Holman of Green River; daughters, June H. Hoar and husband, William of Farmington and Lori A. Paisley of Green River; son, Brent Holman of Green River; sisters, Barbara Kendall of Brunswick, Joyce Pepin of Newport and Sylvia Gordon of Auburn; grandchildren, Duane Trask of North Jay, Sara Behr of Winthrop, Katie Trask of Bangor, Amanda Trask of North Jay and Aaron C.F. Moran and Micah Paisley of Green River; and great-grandchildren, Deaken Trask and Bryson Bailey of North Jay.
He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Hazel Hardy; and brothers, Kenneth Holman, Harold Jr., Elwood and Lauren.
