1943-2004
BRUNSWICK – Ire W. Bressette, 61, of Lisbon, died from lung cancer on Thursday, March 25 at the Parkview Hospital in Brunswick.
He was born on March 16, 1943, in Bridgton, to Edward E. and Margaret E. (Smith) Bressette. His childhood home was in Oxford and as an adult, he and his family lived for many years in Durham. He worked in the construction industry and was most recently employed by Payton Construction.
He is survived by: his wife of over 30 years, Judy A. (Bragdon); sons, Stephen of Fredericksburg, Va., Walter, his wife, Mary, and their son Zachary of Freeport, and Scott, his wife Amanda, and their son, Gavin, of Oakland; brothers, Lewis of South Paris, Robert of Poland, and a sister, Margaret Winship of Freeport.
