WINTHROP – Andrew Bruce Clark, 11 months old, died Thursday, April 29, of SIDS.

“Andy” was born May 8, 2003, in Augusta the son of Christopher Clark and Carrie Fortuna.

He was a joy in everybody’s life and touched a lot of people in his one year here on this earth. He was the shining star in his family and the love of his sister’s life.

He will be remembered for his impish smile and his mischievous, beautiful blue eyes. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

“Andy” is survived by his father, Chris Clark of Jay; his mother, Carrie Fortuna of Winthrop; his sister, Leah Savage of Winthrop; his paternal grandparents, Julie and H. Stephen Jewell of Skowhegan and Patrice Clark of Winthrop; his maternal grandparents, Norma Ricard of Winthrop, and Robert Fortuna of Augusta; his paternal great-grandparents, Elizabeth Gillespie of Jay and Weston and Patricia Clark of Manchester; nine aunts and uncles, Miah and Jake Clark and Jason Ruman all of Winthrop, Susan and Corey Nelson and Stephen and Margaret Jewell all of Canaan, Katie and Paul Anton and Stephanie Jewell all of Cornville, Jessica Fortuna and her fiance, James Power of New York City, Chad Fortuna and Matthew Ricard of Winthrop; many great uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, Bruce Weston Clark in December 2001.
