FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently heard in 12th District Court:

Clyde J. Bryant, 21, of Phillips was charged with discharging a firearm near a dwelling Oct. 30 in Phillips. The case was dismissed. For a charge of shooting from or over a public paved way Oct. 30 in Phillips, he was fined $100.

Clyde J. Bryant, 21, of Phillips was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 25 in Farmington. He was fined $125.

Clyde J. Bryant, 42, of Strong was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 29 in Strong. He was fined $800 and all but seven days of a 120-day sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for one year and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Mark G. Buck, 25, of Jay was charged with disorderly conduct Nov. 16 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Christopher S. Bunnell, 37, of Wilton was charged with assault Jan. 24 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Randy Burnham, 31, of Farmington was charged with assault Dec. 12 in Strong. A 120-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Gregory A. Butterfield, 51, of Farmington Falls was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Dec. 15 in Chesterville. Probable cause was found.

Barry Dale Cain, 41, of Jasper, Ala., was charged with gross sexual assault Feb. 16 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Philip W. Caldwell Jr., 20, of Chesterville was charged with failing to notify of motor vehicle accident Nov. 29 in Farmington. He was fined $300. A charge of failing to make oral or written accident report Nov. 29 in Farmington was dismissed.

Coy A. Campbell, 37, of Harmony was charged with driving after license suspension Jan. 19 in Eustis. He was fined $200.

Randolph L. Campbell, 54, of Avon was charged with driving to endanger Sept. 6 in Phillips. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Lynn A. Cantin, 41, of Sheffield, Vt., was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 10 in Eustis. The case was forwarded to Superior Court.

Joe P. Cataloni, 33, of Lakeville, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 3 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Joseph P. Cataloni, 33, of Lakerville, Mass., was charged with failing to report accident Feb. 14 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Jeffrey E. Cessario Jr., 35, of Limerick was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 4 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Martin Charette, 29, of St. Leandre was charged with rule violation, driving 60-70 hour rule, Jan. 14 in Wilton. He was fined $250.

Daniel Chase Jr., 47, of Eastham, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 29 in Eustis. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Laura Chick, 20, of Farmington was charged with theft of services Jan. 1 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Norman Child Jr., 22, of Lewiston was charged with burglary Jan. 23 in Avon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Ezra E. Clark, 58, of Skowhegan was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 23 in New Vineyard. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Timothy B. Clark, 35, of West Farmington was charged with driving under the influence May 2 in Farmington. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Travis Clark, 21, of Skowhegan was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 2 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Richard E. Coffin, 36, of Richmond, Vt., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 27 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

David Coffren, 19, of Stratton was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug Jan. 4 in Strong. The case was dismissed. For a charge of violating condition of release Jan. 4 in Strong, he was sentenced for 30 days.

Adam R. Collins, 18, of Strong was charged with burglary Dec. 17 in Strong. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew Cooley, 18, of Madison was charged with failing to obey traffic officer’s directions Dec. 18 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Doreen L. Copeland, 41, of Strong was charged with driving without a license expired more than 90 days Nov. 17 in Farmington. She was fined $150.

Robert John Corcoran, 36, of Jay was charged with aggravated criminal trespass, assault and criminal threatening Dec. 3 in Jay. Probable cause was found for all three charges.

Christopher Coty, 27, of Rangeley was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Nov. 6 in Phillips. He was fined $200.

Cousineau Inc. of Strong was charged with rule violation for defective steer control component Nov. 18 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Aaron D. Cowan, 18, of Monmouth was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 22 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Hank D. Crockett, 31, of Dryden was charged with failure to make 48 hour accident report Nov. 15 in Jay. He was fined $300.

Jeffrey D. Cunningham, 50, of Winterport was charged with shooting from or over a paved way Oct. 13 in Coplin Plantation. He was fined $100.

Jarrod L. Currier, 22, of Farmington was charged with violating protective order Jan. 30 in Farmington. He was ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.

Eddie R. Cyr, 26, of Madison was charged with driving after suspension Dec. 15 in New Vineyard. He was fined $500, sentenced for seven days and his license was suspended for one year. A charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates Dec. 15 in New Vineyard was dismissed.

Noel Danforth, 33, of Farmington was charged with assault Oct. 13 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of disorderly conduct Oct. 13 in Farmington, he was fined $700 and a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Robert S. Danforth, 38, of Stratton was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 5 in Eustis. He was fined $200.

Nathan P. Daniel, 24, of Warren was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 24 in Dennistown. He was fined $125.

Patrick Daniels, 21, of Jay was charged with assault on an officer Dec.23 in Jay. Probable cause was found.

Allison M. Decastro, 24, of Chesterville was charged with driving after suspension Nov. 5 in Farmington. She was fined $300.

Matthew C. Decastro, 18, of Chesterville was charged with criminal mischief Oct. 26 in Wilton. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $500. For a charge of driving after suspension Oct. 26 in Wilton, he was fined $200. A charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident Oct. 26 in Wilton, was dismissed.

Melinda J. Dehetrie, 34, of Wilton was charged with harassment April 20 in Wilton. The case was filed.

Delaite Trucking Inc. of Lincoln was charged with rule violation for inoperable stop lamps Jan. 28 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

David J. Demato, 40, of Everett, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile March 6 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Opal D. Demings, 49, of Rumford was charged with driving under the influence Nov. 21 in Wilton. She was fined $400 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Andrew I. Dennis, 21, of Cohasset, Mass., was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Nov. 16 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Denise M. Desmarais, 20, of Brunswick was charged with assault Nov. 10 in Farmington. All but 25 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of stalking Nov. 10 in Farmington, all but 25 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention Nov. 10 in Farmington, all but 25 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year. Maureen J. Desmond, 45, of Carrabassett Valley was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report Oct. 27 in Wyman Township. She was fined $150. A charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident Oct. 27 in Wyman Township was dismissed.

Gerard J. Devine, 40, of Chesterville was charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and with aggravated assault both on Nov. 22 in Chesterville. Probable cause was found for both charges.

Scott A. Devivo, 33, of Hampton, N.H., was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit Dec. 5 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Christopher E. Dewhirst, 21, of Barrington, Vt. was charged with driving after suspension Jan. 31 in Farmington. A $300 fine was suspended by $100.

Evan A. Dewire, 33, of Wilmington, Mass., was charged with driving a snowmobile under the influence Jan. 24 in Rangeley. He was fined $400.

Jenny Michelle Dial, 19, of Canaan was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 13 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Glen Dike, 26, of Melrose, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 13 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Michael E. DiPirro, 37, of Melrose, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 24 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

David Domijan, 20, of Kennebunkport was charged with possession of marijuana Nov. 1 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Nov. 1 in Farmington, he was fined $250.

Edwin Drake, 48, of Farmington was charged with terrorizing Jan. 9 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Lance C. Dube, 27, of Anson was charged with the possession of marijuana Jan. 29 in Kingfield. He was fined $200. For a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia Jan. 29 in Kingfield, he was fined $100.

Chad A. Dumais, 23, of Winslow was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property Nov. 30 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 30 days and was ordered to make restitution of $23. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 30 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Shari Dupree, 23, of Jay was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 20 in Jay. She was fined $150 and ordered to make restitution of $150.

Stephanie G. Dustin, 25, of Rangeley was charged with driving after suspension Jan. 17 in Rangeley. She was fined $200.

Scott S. Dwyer, 48, of Bridgewater, Mass., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile March 6 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Mathew S. Eastman, 18, of Brownfield was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 29 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

John D. Elliott, 34, of Chesterville was charged with driving a motor vehicle after revocation Nov. 23 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Warren D. Elliott, 73, of Chesterville was charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates Nov. 23 in Farmington. He was fined $75. For a charge of permitting unlawful use of vehicle Nov. 23 in Farmington, he was fined $75.

Warren D. Elliott, 73, of Chesterville was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog Oct. 24 in Chesterville. He was fined $50.

Edward O. Ellis, 31, of Skowhegan was charged with driving under the influence May 12 in Jay. He was fined $600, sentenced for 10 days and his license was suspended for 18 months.

John Enman, 45, of Rangeley was charged with assault and with endangering the welfare of a child Dec. 28 in Rangeley. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Farmington Farmers Union of Farmington was charged with failure to register vehicle Feb. 12 in Farmington. The company was fined $100.

Bruce L. Farrington, 37, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 1 in Chain of Ponds Township. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of driving after suspension Jan. 1 in Chain of Ponds Township, he was fined $200.

Christopher Field, 23, of Dixfield was charged with permitting unlawful use of vehicle Dec. 26 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Robert Otis Fields, 44, of Dover, Del., was charged with rule violation Jan. 13 in Wilton. He was fined $100.

Judith A. Fischer, 48, of Wilton was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 26 in Farmington. A $100 fine was suspended by $25.

Gregory Fisher, 32, of New Sharon was charged with assault Sept. 30 in New Sharon. All but five days of a 180-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of violating condition of release Sept. 30 in New Sharon, all but five days of a 180-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Daniel W. Fitch, 22, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 24 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

David T. Florian, 47, of New Sharon was charged with being a sex offender failing to register or update information Jan. 24 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Shawn J. Fontaine, 33, of Farmington was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Dec. 28 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

David W. Footman, 40, of Auburn was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Dec. 20 in Eustis. He was fined $100.

Christopher J. Fortier, 18, of Wilton was charged with illegal transportation of drugs by a minor Sept. 7 in Farmington. He was fined $100 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

John D. Fortin, 19, of Greene was charged with violation of rule unspecified Feb. 28 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Michael Franks, 23, of Stratton was charged with driving after suspension Dec. 31 in Eustis. He was fined $200.

Cooper P. Friend, 21, of Ellsworth was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 1 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $500.

Ronald E. Fuller, 48, of Pisgah Forest, N.C., was charged with driving to endanger Oct. 31 in Wilton. The case was dismissed. For a charge of reckless conduct Oct. 31 in Wilton, he was fined $300.

David Fuoco, 32, of Johnston, R.I., was charged with driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 18 in Oquossoc. He was fined $100.
