BUCKFIELD – The Oddfellow Theater will present Four Shadow, an internationally acclaimed a cappella group, for two nights, Friday and Saturday, May 14 and 15.
Four Shadow uses no drum machines, synthesizers, sampling or prerecorded material. Every sound – be it singing, percussion, guitar riffs or thumping bass – is produced live from the mouths of these young men.
This Minnesota-based group entertains audiences of all ages year-round with a fun and engaging mix of popular songs from the last 50 years. Besides original songs, Four Shadow performs tunes by such artists as the Beach Boys, Paul Simon and the Dave Matthews Band.
The show will begin each night at 7:30; doors will open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10. Tickets are available at Northeast Bank or by calling the theater at (207) 336-3306. Oddfellow Theater is located on Route 117 in Buckfield Village next to Tilton’s Market.
