HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – Celeste Emily Jones Hunt, 50, of Hilton Head Island, S.C., died Thursday, April 29, 2004 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in South Carolina.
Born in Lewiston, Oct. 25, 1953, the daughter of Harry and Patricia Jones, she graduated from Lewiston High School in 1971.
She married Robert Hunt on Sept. 14, 1998, in Newport, R.I. She was former owner and operator of the Beechcroft Inn on Cape Cod in Brewster, Mass., before her relocation to Hilton Head in 2003. She was employed with Inner Harbour Management Corp.
Survivors include her husband, Robert of Hilton Head; her parents, Harry and Patricia Jones of Auburn; her sisters, Nancy Marshall of Kennebunk and Susan Jones of Dorchester, Mass.; her brothers, Mark Jones of Lahaska, Pa. and Peter Jones of Portsmouth, N.H.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister, Kathleen Jones.
