AUBURN – The Fire Department will hold an open house in celebration of Emergency Medical Services week from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 22, at Central Fire Station on Minot Avenue.

The community is invited to help celebrate, and to meet the firefighters and 911 dispatchers who respond to EMS needs every day.

All units and emergency medical equipment, as well as 911, will be on display.

The first 150 children under the age of 10 will receive a goodie bag with EMS items. There also will be a raffle of an Auburn Fire Department afghan, which can be won by anyone who comes to the open house and gets a ticket.
