AUBURN – Joel Packer, executive director, announces that Pathways Inc. has received the National Industries for the Severely Handicapped Certificate of Achievement Award in recognition of the high standards of performance maintained in providing commodity/service for the federal government under the Javits-Wagner-O-Day Program.
This is the 19th consecutive year that Pathways has received the achievement award.
Eligibility was considered on the consistent record of accurately fulfilling federal contracting requirement; timely submission of reports; adherence to JWOD regulations; and the overall evaluation of contract performance. Pathways excelled in all of these areas, the report stated.
It symbolizes a “Job-Well-Done” and proves that persons with severe disabilities can be productive, contributing members of society, according to the agency.
