LEWISTON – The University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston-Auburn College will offer a number of graduate courses for teachers during the summer session. The courses are delivered through USM’s College of Education and Human Development and the Professional Development Center.

Enrollment remains open for the following three-credit courses to be held later this summer at LAC:

EDU 511 Children’s Literature: from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. July 19 to Aug. 11.

EDU 513 Adolescent Literature: from 3 to 7 p.m. June 24, 38 and 30 and July 1, 7, 8, 12, 14 and 15.

EDU 563 ESL: Language Testing and Assessment: from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 28 to July 2.

EPA 527 Poetry in the Classroom: from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 22 to 27.

EPA 538 Coordinating the Career Prep Curriculum: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 24 to 30.

EPA 548 Conflict Resolution and Mediation in Schools: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 12 to 16.

EPA 565 Differentiation of Instruction: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 9 to 23.

EPB 529 Physical Science: Teaching grades six to eight: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Aug. 2 to 6.

EPB 519 Counseling, Psychotherapy and New Science (ITV): 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. July 19 to 23.
