LEWISTON – Local plastic surgeon Dr. Sanjay Mukerji will present a series of talks to Club 50, Club W! and Successful Aging audiences in June.

For Successful Aging, Mukerji will present a talk titled “Non-Invasive Plastic Surgery” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 10.

Many people are now exploring minimally invasive procedures such as collagen, chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser resurfacing, lip augmentation and Botox. Mukerji will discuss the pros and cons of the products and procedures. The free program will be held in the resident dining room at St. Marguerite D’Youville Pavilion. Call 777-8823 to register.

As part of the Entres to Health Series, Mukerji will offer a presentation on the recent interest in plastic surgery on a variety of television programs. “Plastic Surgery: Reality TV Versus Reality” will be an eye-opening discussion about the realities of plastic surgery. Entres to Health will take place at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 23. Mukerji received his medical degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He completed his residency in plastic surgery at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where he later served as an associate professor of plastic surgery. Mukerji is board-certified in general surgery and plastic surgery.
