LEWISTON – Little Karley Blouin has lost her battle with brain cancer. The 20-month-old Lewiston girl died late Tuesday, two days after suffering a stroke.
Karley was featured in the Sun Journal on Wednesday, before the newspaper received word of her death.
According to a Web site run by her family, Karley’s mother and father, Wendy and Mike, were at her bedside at the end.
“This was one of the sweetest little girls to walk this earth,” wrote her maternal grandfather on the Web site, http://www.caringbridge.org/me/karley/.
People wishing to help the family may donate to the Karley Blouin fund at any People’s Heritage Bank.
