AUBURN – Wayne and Linda Penley of Auburn are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Laura Penley, to Nicholas Bragdon, son of Peter and Donna Bragdon of Mechanic Falls.
Miss Penley is working on a bachelor’s degree in social and behavioral sciences with a minor in counseling. She is employed at Mechanic Savings Bank.
Mr. Bragdon is working on a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology and is employed at National Semiconductor in Portland.
The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. on Oct. 9 at the Hebron Community Baptist Church.
