FARMINGTON – Franklin Memorial Hospital will sponsor an American Red Cross blood drive from noon to 6 p.m. Thursday, July 1, in the Bass Room, 111 Franklin Health Commons. Family Fun Day

PHILLIPS – The Phillips Conservation Commission will sponsor a Family Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 3, at the North Franklin Park.

Events will include a Lions Club ATV pull, games for the kids, Phillips Fire Department smoke trailer, Rick Rogers’ Fun with Fishing, a surprise event by Lighthouse Baptist Church, 50/50 raffle and concessions.

Flea market tables are available for a $5 fee. Contact Dennis at 639-3111 to reserve a table. Admission is $5 for an adult, $1 kids under 12, and $10 a family. Proceeds to benefit North Franklin Park.

Crafters wanted

RANGELEY – The Friends of the Wilhelm Reich Museum announces the first Orgonon Festival and Flea Market on Saturday, Aug. 14. Crafters are invited to display and sell their works. Friends will provide space on the lawn for $20 per 10-foot by 10-foot lot. Ample parking will be provided as well as coffee, doughnuts and bathrooms. Vendors will provide their own shelter, table and displays.

Anyone interested in selling their goods or who would like more information can contact Mary Henderson at 864-3443. Fliers with applications have been put at the Beauty Boutique, Rangeley Laundromat, outside of the Rangeley Post Office, Stubby’s Market and the kiosk in Oquossoc.
