LEWISTON – Kali Nichole Calden, 16, of Whitman St., Mexico died Friday, June 25, at CMMC.

She was born in Farmington, on Nov. 24, 1987, a daughter of Dennis L. and Colleen (Gallant) Calden. She was educated in Rumford Schools and was about to start her Junior year at Mountain Valley High School.

She enjoyed living life to the fullest, surrounding herself with little kids, reading, poetry, listening to music and being with her many friends. She was the sunshine on a cloudy day and lit up the room with her smile.

She is survived by her mother and father, Dennis and Colleen Calden; sister, Rachel and two brothers, Zachary and Chad, all of Mexico; paternal grandmother, Connie Arsenault of Rumford; paternal grandparents, Timothy and Brenda Calden of Peru; maternal grandmother, Marlene Gallant of Rumford; boyfriend, Gregg Gibbons; Aunts, Mindy Gallant, Patty Waterhouse, Michele Dixon and Cathy, Melanie and Gayle Calden; Uncles, Ian Waterhouse, Cussy Arsenault, Dan and Skeet Gallant and Ricky, John and Ronnie Calden; cousins, Joshua, Breanna, Tessi, Alexandra Gallant, Taran and Jared Waterhouse, Erin and Allison Tilly, Eric Bordeau, Damien Arsenault, Nathan, Courtney, Brandon, Derek, Lauren and John Lyle Calden and great aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
