NORTH WATERFORD – The first public supper of the summer will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, at the North Waterford Congregational Church vestry. The church is located on the Five Kezars Road off Routes 35 and 37.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12. The menu will include baked beans, American chop suey, casseroles, salads, brown bread, rolls, beverages and strawberry shortcake.

The Rev. George Frobig invites everyone to attend regular worship services at 10 a.m. Sunday, June 27, at the Stoneham Congregational Church. July services will be held at the North Waterford Congregational Church beginning on Sunday, July 4.

Frobig said the Stoneham Thrift Shop and Bake Sale will be open each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Donations are welcome and may be dropped off at the Stoneham Church.
