GREENE – A late birthday party and early Father’s Day celebration was held for Clyde Libby, 93, at the home of Phil and Cheryl Ward on June 6.
In attendance were his children: Marilyn Ward and friend, Spike Libby of Horseshoe, N.C.; Joe and Sandra Libby of Leeds; Edith and Louis Duprey of Greene; Mary Libby of Mechanic Falls; Flossie and Alfred Obie of Lowell, Mass.; Doris Wagner of Portland, Ore.; and Gail Libby of Louisville, Ky.
Grandchildren attending were Phil and Cheryl Ward; Laura and Richard Pelletier; Neil and Ann Ward; Randy and Laurie Ward; Leon and Trish Ward; Kelly and Butch Bowring; Shelly and Richard Morgan; Charlene Libby and friend Wes McAllister; Tina Obie and friend, Mike Greenhalge; Jason Libby; Cindy Porter and Tammy Curtis.
Great-grandchildren present were Peter, Samantha, Taylor, Ambrose and Ashley Ward; April Hill; Deneige and Abby Pelletier; Colby Libby; Nathan French; Ashley and Courtney Curtis; Becca Martin; Edward Scott; Avery McAllister; David, Daniel and Alexa Obie.
Alexis and Jasmine Hill and Caden Thompson, great-great-grandchildren, were also on hand to celebrate.
