JAY – The Western Mountain Women’s Club and After 5 will hold a Back-to-School Fashion Show featuring Fashion Bug attire for children and adults on Tuesday, Aug. 3, at LaFleur’s Restaurant.

The lunch program will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a dinner program from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The cost of $11 includes tax and gratuity.

“A Song in My Heart” will be presented by guest speaker and recording artist Marcy Alves of New Hampshire. Early evening arrivals can network from 6 to 6:30. Reservations are essential.

The Western Mountain Women’s Club and After 5 are affiliated with the Christian Women’s Club and Stonecroft Ministries, which is an international organization with 1,500 groups in the United States and Canada and 80 in foreign countries. A Friendship Bible Coffee will be offered afternoons starting in September in Wilton. Call Barbara at 645-3449 or Nancy at 562-7473 for details. Through weekly, small group studies, participants will grow to understand and apply the Bible to their life. The practical, eight-week studies are designed for people of all ages and all walks of life. Women interested in being involved or helping in any way are welcome.
