AUBURN – Robin Dow Senior Citizens will meet Wednesday, July 14, at Alden M. Gayton Post 31, American Legion, 426 Washington St. The board of directors will meet at 10. There will be the usual raffle table, and bingo will be played after a bag lunch and the close of the meeting.
There were 50 members present when the club met June 23 under the direction of past president Audrey Fleming, who informed the group of their summer picnic to be held at the usual meeting place, American Legion Post 31, on Wednesday, July 28. More information will be given at the July 14 meeting.
Plans are in the making for the annual Christmas party at Martindale Country Club in December. June birthdays were acknowledged. Attendance prize winners were Bernice Parks and Betty Hebert; pot of gold, Audrey Fleming, Caroline Chapman and Eleanor Jones. A food sale was held after the meeting, members had a bag lunch and bingo was played.
