BRUNSWICK – The wedding of Susan Butler Crossley of Auburn and William Everett Kendall of Perry, took place at 3 p.m. on April 10 at the Captain Daniel Stone Inn in Brunswick. The service was officiated by Lawrence C. Brackley of Kennebunk.

The bride wore a tea-length dress of light blue silk tulle and carried a bouquet of blue iris, white roses, lisianthus, purple limonium and seeded eucalyptus.

Sandra Magnusson, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor and Boyden Loring, cousin of the bridegroom, served as best man.

Guests were entertained in the Captain’s Room at the inn and music was provided by harpist Danielle Paus.

The bride, daughter of Lennie S. Butler of Auburn and the late Robert S. Butler, is a graduate of Edward Little High School and the Central Maine General Hospital School of Nursing in Lewiston.She is currently employed at Central Maine Community College in Auburn.

The bridegroom, son of the late Everett and Leona Kendall of Perry, is a graduate of Eastport High School and the University of Maine at Orono. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force and is now retired after 32 years with Georgia-Pacific Corp.

Following a trip to the Chesapeake Bay area, the couple is residing in Auburn and Perry.
