BETHEL – The Bethel Planning Board will visit the site of a proposed 14-lot subdivision off Taylor Smith Road at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
A public hearing on the project, the Mountain Valley subdivision, will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the town hall offices. The subdivision application has been submitted by Western Maine Custom Builders.
A regular meeting of the board has also been scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday.
There are no new applications on the agenda, Sarah Tucker, Bethel’s planning assistant, said Tuesday. Instead, the board will be wrapping up a number of subdivision applications it has been working on for months.
These include applications for the Countryside Acres, Taylor Woods, Mountain Valley, Farwell Mountain Estates, Will View and Eden Ridge Townhouses subdivisions.
